WhatsApp has rolled out multiple device support feature for its beta users. At the same time, the company is preparing to launch new features in the near future. With the help of the upcoming feature, the user will now be able to select the quality of the video before sending it. WhatsApp's feature tracking website WABetaInfo has tracked this upcoming feature.


WhatsApp currently has some limitations for sending videos. In the current system the video is compressed and the quality is changed. At the same time, the company has set a limit of 16MB for forwarded media files. The upcoming feature will allow the user to select the quality of the video before sending it.


According to a report by WABetaInfo, the 'Video Upload Quality' feature has been released in the Android 2.21.14.6 beta version of WhatsApp. This feature allows the user to select the quality in which he wants to send the video.


According to the screenshot shared by WABetaInfo, it will have 3 options like 'Auto', 'Best Quality' and 'Data Saver'. Video will be compressed in 'Auto' mode. The video can be sent in high resolution in the best quality option. While the data saver option is dedicated for users who do not have a high bandwidth network.
