Ola Electric has set up the world's largest electric two-wheeler plant in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu. Where Ola will make 2 million electric scooters annually to supply the markets of Asia, Europe and South America without local demand.

Features

Ola's electric scooter will cover 150 km on a single charge. Its top speed will be 90 km per hour. This electric scooter will come with a home charger. Customers will be able to charge this scooter from a regular wall socket. The company is also planning to set up a large electric charging network across the country so that customers buying electric vehicles will have no trouble charging. In the first year Ola will set 5000 charging points in 100 cities.

Looking at the teaser of the scooter, it is clear that its model will be the best. As well, in terms of speed it will compete with petrol vehicles. In addition, it will get a large boot space. The teaser shows two helmets kept in the boot space. Usually there is only one helmet in the boot space of a scooter.

The company claims that with fast charging, the scooter will be 50 percent charged in 18 minutes. It will have a range of 75 km. Along with this, this electric scooter will also feature smartphone connectivity, which will help in providing real-time information about charging status through the Ola Electric app.
