It is projected to sell up to 45% by 2020.
Demand for OLED displays in Apple and Samsung companies

Demand for display driver IC for OLED panels has increased. It is becoming difficult to supply as per the demand.
OLED chips are larger
According to reports, OLED's chipset is larger than others. It is therefore available in limited quantities. Most display drivers take up 40 to 28 nanometers of space for IC. Currently only TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited), Samsung Electronics, UMC and Global Foundries make IC display drivers for OLED panels.
